We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the railway station and the village center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help, and even resolved the wifi issue within 30 minutes. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We loved the personal touches, such as squeezing our own oranges and having eggs cooked to order. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, including the swimming pool and spa. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The view from our room was beautiful.
We had to eat in at the hotel as everything else in Klosters appeared to be closed in May when we visited and the buffet was expensive.

Had a lovely new year at this traditional hotel. The breakfast options were great, with tasty traditional fare and a clean restaurant. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski lift and local attractions. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic amenities, perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing.
The decor was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the walls were thin and we could hear the noise from the other rooms and hallways.
